The centerpiece of the tiered terraces is the stunning infinity pool, which blends seamlessly with the canal. However, for those who love the sea, the private dock steals the show, allowing for rented jet skis to be delivered directly for exploring the waterways and beaches at your leisure, or you can arrange for a boat charter to pick you up right here.
Cooking indoors isn't necessary thanks to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue, where meals can be enjoyed at the water's edge. During the hottest part of the day, the screened lanai between the main house and deck provides a cool retreat. As night falls, choose from various spots to watch the sunset, whether it’s soaking in the hot tub, dipping your toes off the dock, or gathering around the fire pit.
The interiors feature high ceilings, spacious open-concept living areas, and a calming color palette that creates a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The large kitchen island makes cooking a social affair, while the cozy sectional sofa is perfect for relaxing with a book or watching a movie.
