An authentic Caribbean experience awaits at Villa Sandpebble (villa code: TNC SPE), a wonderful 3-bedroom villa on Providenciales. Located directly on the world-famous Grace Bay Beach and just a short walk to the restaurants and ships at Turtle Cove Marina, this is a luxurious location if ever there was one. This white-washed villa has mature palm trees around it, and landscaped tropical foliage between the villa and the beach for privacy. When you enter you are greeted by a modern and chic interior, with lots of space, light, and color.   

The white washing living room in Villa Sandpebble is designed to lead your eye out to the pool and the ocean that lies beyond. The stylish and modern interior has comfortable furnishings and a fanciful décor; colorful sea-themed artworks and bright blue sofas bring the outdoors in. Large glass doors overlook the outdoor pool, letting in an abundance of light. From the entire space, enticing views of the beach will tempt you outside in no time.   

The contemporary kitchen at Villa Sandpebble features the latest appliances and accessories. It’s spacious enough for your whole group to get involved in cooking up large island-style meals. A breakfast bar encourages quiet mornings with a coffee, with space for 4 people on the upholstered and comfortable chairs. A separate dining table set against the wall offers a more formal space to enjoy meals with friends and family. Alfresco dining is also available at the table outside, with space for up to 6 people. Enjoying a meal while the sun sinks below the horizon is incredibly special. For a unique and luxurious experience, our concierge can even organize a private chef for an evening.  

All the bedrooms in Villa Sandpebble, have an ensuite bathroom. The first is on the main floor, boasting a king-sized bed and ensuite bath. Quiet and secluded, it’s a relaxing space to retreat to after a long day lounging by the pool. The master suite is on the second floor, complete with a private balcony. It’s an incredible spot to watch the sunset burn orange and pink in the late afternoon, rum cocktail in hand. Each night, the gentle sounds of the ocean lull you into a restful sleep. A third bedroom on the second floor is identical to the master suite, with views to the south towards Turtle Cove Marina. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have comfortable sofas as well, offering a pleasant spot to settle down with a book before bed. Wall-mounted TVs also let you watch a late-night move from under the silky covers.  

As you step out onto the terrace, the infinity pool calls you right away. A pair of sun loungers offer a chance to tan in the Caribbean sun, listening to the breeze ripple through the nearby palm trees. Steps lead you down onto Grace Bay Beach, where perfect white sand stretches for miles in either direction – this truly is paradise. Almost directly opposite the villa is Smith’s Reef, widely regarded as the best snorkeling spot in the entire country.  

Please note that the Villa Sandpebble shares a common wall with the neighboring Villa Sandpiper (villa code: TNC SNP). Both villas still maintain their seclusion; the outdoor terraces and pools are separated with a tall privacy wall.

Unwinding in Villa Sandpebble is the Caribbean dream. Indulgent and luxurious, this is the ultimate beachfront vacation and the perfect base for explorations around Providenciales.

    Notes:

• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used judiciously, and you are not charged for the first $200/wk in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. This villa has three separate A/C systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Sandpebble gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment.
• Villa Sandpebble is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
• Please note that the architect designed the property without screens so that the view would not be obstructed.
• A $375 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
