Offering a tranquil setting, this villa is just a short walk from top restaurants, the island’s main marina, and the renowned snorkeling spot at Smith’s Reef, located right in front of the property.

With three levels of living space, Villa Sandpiper boasts stunning turquoise views of the world-famous Grace Bay.

Designed with an open-concept layout, the villa ensures breathtaking views in every direction. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the BBQ grill is perfect for cooking freshly caught fish. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar or dine al fresco while overlooking the serene beauty of Grace Bay Beach.

For a refreshing dip, take advantage of the private plunge pool, or step right onto the beach for world-class swimming and snorkeling.

Villa Sandpiper features two spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The master suite, located on the second level, offers a king bed, two private terraces, and a TV. Wake up to stunning ocean views from your bed or take in marina views from the opposite side. The third-floor terrace elevates the experience with panoramic vistas of the island’s natural beauty. The second bedroom, situated on the beach level, is equally inviting with a king bed, Jack and Jill bath, and a TV.

Villa Sandpiper is your ultimate beachfront getaway, combining luxury, comfort, and unbeatable views in a perfect island setting.

Notes:

  • An A/C allowance of $150/wk is included. 
  • Villa shares one wall with Villa Sandpebble (Villa code: TNC SPE). The two properties have private pools and amenities.
  • A $285 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
  • 2 levels, multiple staircases
  • The villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
  • Located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
