Welcome to Villa Sandy Beaches (villa code: TNC SDB), a spacious 5-bedroom villa located on Long Bay Beach, Providenciales. With a coveted beachfront location and plenty of Caribbean charm, this villa is a fantastic choice for those seeking a vacation filled with sun, sand, and sea in Turks and Caicos.   Spread over 2 levels, Sandy Beaches Villa features a charming island design and Caribbean décor. Incredible ocean views from the upper level will take your breath away.   Nestled amongst 2 acres of lush tropical gardens, the property also offers unrivaled privacy for your ocean-front vacation. Steps away is Long Bay Beach, a heavenly sweep of white sand and turquoise water on the southeastern side of Providenciales. One dip here and you’ll never want to leave.   

Villa Sandy Beaches spans two levels, each with its own separate kitchen, dining area, and living room. Vibrant paintings pop with life, while solid teak furnishings and vaulted wooden ceilings bring a beachy atmosphere to the entire property.   The upstairs living room overlooks the pool terrace, letting you open the doors and enjoy the cooling island breeze from the comfort of the sofas. It’s an excellent spot to settle in at the end of your day and unwind with a tropical cocktail and some conversation.   

Two fully-equipped kitchens make cooking a breeze in Villa Sandy Beaches. On either level, there’s plenty of space for everybody to get involved in experimenting with the delicious island flavors.   Festive dinners can be held at the dining table inside, seating up to 6 guests and opening directly to the pool deck and stunning views. Alfresco meals can be enjoyed poolside, backdropped by the gentle thrum of the tide and starry sky above.    

Each of the 5 bedrooms in Villa Sandy Beaches has a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with breathtaking views over the water. You’ll love waking up to the glittering Caribbean Sea glinting in the sunlight.   The master bedroom has a lavish king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom on this level can be configured to either have a king-sized bed or two twins.    Two more bedrooms are on the beach level, one with a queen and the other with a pair of twin beds. This level also has a kitchen and comfortable lounge room, making it great if you’re after a bit more privacy.   

An inviting infinity pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, with amazing views over the lush tropical garden towards the turquoise sea. You’ll love lying on the underwater bench as two fish statues on either side spout fresh water into the pool.   For sun seekers, luxurious loungers are an ideal way to while away the day under the island rays. Freshly caught fish or succulent steaks can be barbecued on the villa’s gas grill, sizzling away as the tropical sunset sends spirals of orange and gold through the sky.   A unique beachfront tiki hut with comfy hammock chairs is a fabulous spot to relax with a book or simply enjoy the island breeze. Steps away, the inviting and crystalline waters of Long Bay Beach will tempt you in; this is the Caribbean at its very best.  

Thoughtful design means you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay at Villa Sandy Beaches. This fully air-conditioned villa also comes with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, and a collection of entertaining board games. (please note: a/c charges are metered).      

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

Notes:

• If you rent the 3-bedroom option, the bedrooms on the beach level will be locked off and will not be rented to another party.
• The Pool Level and Ground-level floors are accessible by the external staircase.  A/C (likely not needed) is metered and charged at cost to discourage use with doors and windows open. There is a separate, easy-to-read digital A/C meter where you can monitor A/C usage.  The Villa has separate A/C systems, so you may cool certain parts as needed.
• The villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
