Villa Sea Edge, (villa code: TNC SED) is part of a trio of exquisitely designed villas, is situated on the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This villa offers a harmonious blend of luxury and style across two levels of living space, complete with multiple terraces and stunning views of Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina. Positioned as the easternmost villa in the group, Villa Sea Edge is a standout retreat on this idyllic shoreline.

The beach-level living room is both spacious and inviting, featuring a 40” Google TV with web capabilities and breathtaking views of the bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing freshly caught fish, or guests can take advantage of the BBQ grill on the pool patio. Just steps away, the villa’s private plunge pool offers the perfect spot to relax while soaking in the serene bay views.

Upstairs, the master bedroom provides a front-row seat to the spectacular sunrise over Grace Bay. The room includes a large granite soaking tub, ideal for unwinding while enjoying the tranquil scenery. With balconies overlooking both Grace Bay and Turtle Cove Marina, guests can savor romantic moments or sip tropical drinks while basking in the Caribbean breeze. Open the master bedroom’s patio doors to let in the refreshing ocean air, creating the ultimate retreat.

Villa Sea Edge’s prime location makes it easy to explore the nearby Turtle Cove Marina, just a short walk or drive away. The marina offers an array of dining options at six restaurants, exciting boating excursions, and a dive shop for underwater adventures.

Notes:

• Villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used judiciously, and you are not charged for the first $150/wk in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. The villa has two separate A/C systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Villa Sea Edge gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the A/C allotment. The pool heater is complimentary.
• A $235 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
• Located almost directly on Smith's Reef; Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
