Completed in 2022, Sunrise Villa (villa code: TNC SAN) is a brand-new, 7-bedroom estate set on the pristine sugar-white sands of Long Bay Beach. Spanning 11,500 square feet, this stunning three-story property offers ample space and luxurious amenities for up to 14 guests (16 with an add’l fee).

Designed with impeccable attention to detail, Sunrise Villa features a private pool, an open-concept kitchen, outdoor showers, a BBQ grilling station, shaded poolside seating, and a separate oceanfront lower deck.

The villa boasts two master suites, each with indoor/outdoor showers and luxurious porcelain bathtubs, ensuring a serene and indulgent stay. Four of the bedrooms open directly onto the pool deck, offering spectacular beach views. Each room is equipped with individual A/C units and ceiling fans for optimal comfort. Additional amenities include a gym, a media room with an 85” smart TV, and two kitchens. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor, and the entire villa is soundproofed for added tranquility.

The main floor kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, a commercial-grade gas range and hood, a microwave, a low-profile refrigerator, and a wine and beverage refrigerator. It’s fully stocked with high-end cookware, utensils, coffee makers, a toaster oven, blenders, waffle irons, and a comprehensive collection of dishes, glasses, and silverware.

Outside, guests can unwind on the oceanfront patio with its stunning mosaic-tiled freshwater pool. The calm, shallow waters of Long Bay Beach are ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply relaxing while admiring the breathtaking hues of blue that shift with the sunlight. Long Bay Beach is perfect for an early morning sunrise and offers 3.1 miles of walkable sand in a peaceful, private setting.

This location also provides fewer boating restrictions, making it ideal for swimming, sunbathing, jet skiing, or paddleboarding. Guests can even be picked up directly from the beach for private boat tours, creating endless opportunities for adventure. Notes:
• Villa includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• One mid-week cleaning is included, additional cleaning is available for an add’l cost. Please note the pool is cleaned on Sunday mornings, and the garden is tended to on Thursdays.
• There’s an allowance of 1050kw for electricity. The excess will be billed at the market rate.
