Living Spaces: You’ll fall in love as soon as you step inside Tip of the Tail Villa. The spacious great room is minimalist and modern, home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. A bounty of natural light illuminates contemporary ocean hues, while solid wooden furnishings add a rustic touch.

The comfortable living room at Villa Tip of the Tail has a soft leather couch, ideal for sinking in and relaxing. Large sliding doors open completely to the outdoor living areas, letting you soak up those magnificent views and salty breeze. For indoor entertainment, there’s a large flat-screen TV.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The Italian-style kitchen is stylish and sleek, although you won’t need to worry about cooking thanks to the included private chef. A concierge team will work with you before you arrive to organize a custom meal plan for your entire stay.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Villa Tip of the Tail, each with an ensuite and uninterrupted view of the Caribbean. Waking up each morning to the sounds and smell of the ocean is divine.

Two master suites feature deluxe king sized beds and spacious in-built closets. Quiet and luxurious, each is a beautiful spot to recharge at the end of a day spent exploring Provo.

Two guest bedrooms each have two plush queen sized bed. And the 5th bedroom has a queen size bed and is on the lower level, next to the villa’s beach bar and private cove.

Outdoor Features: Situated at the very edge of the Turtle Tail Peninsula, the outdoor living areas at Villa Tip of the Tail are sublime. Surrounded by ocean, lagoon, and tranquil mangroves, you’ll love soaking up the gorgeous natural beauty of Turks and Caicos.

Scattered across the terrace and beach are plush lounges, shaded cabanas, and comfortable daybeds. There’s plenty of room to spread out, relax, and unwind.

The stunning glass-walled pool is a highlight. With an infinity edge, you’ll feel at one with the shimmering Caribbean just steps away. It also has an intuitive LED lighting system, letting you program it to your favorite hue or hook it up to the villa’s sound system for a sun-soaked pool party.

Steps lead down to the villa’s private cove, where the ocean meets the lagoon. Calm and tranquil, this is a beautiful spot to splash around in the warm waters. For those who prefer the thrill of the open ocean, a private dock lets you dive into the sea. Waiting under the shimmering surface is colorful marine life, making for some fabulous snorkeling.
