Located on the less developed side of Providenciales on the dunes overlooking the azure waters and pristine sands of Long Bay Beach, this six-bedroom beachfront home is crafted as an exclusive retreat.

Long Bay Beach is renowned not only for its world-class kiteboarding but also as a peaceful alternative to the bustling resorts on Providenciales, offering serenity and a close-to-nature experience that is both invigorating and enticing.

The property is designed to harmoniously blend with its cherished and protected environment, minimizing its impact on the unique local flora and fauna. It is a distinctive property, crafted for discerning travelers with an appreciation for architectural detail and a passion for the natural world.

The architectural design respects the protected primary dune system by placing two courtyard bedrooms behind the dunes, while the kitchen, living, and four additional bedrooms face the sheltered side. Various secluded outdoor spaces provide additional protection from the elements and frame expansive ocean views.

The main house, featuring six bedrooms and spans three levels with private, direct beach access and unobstructed ocean views. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms in a separate guest house. A private access road, preserving the lush native vegetation, leads to the main entrance. The ground floor includes two guest bedrooms, each with an ensuite and a private courtyard garden. A striking spiral staircase ascends to the main level, which boasts a well-equipped chef's kitchen, a spacious indoor entertainment area, a media and library room, as well as several dining terraces, an outdoor kitchen, a lava stone infinity pool, shaded lounge terraces, Ipe timber decks, and a fire pit. The top floor houses the master bedroom and three more guest bedrooms, all ensuite. The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms offer balconies with beach and ocean views, while the fourth bedroom provides expansive island views and a side sea view.

$120/day for electricity consumption included. On the last day of rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per/kwh.
