Important Travel Information for Amalfi Coast Vacations

Arrival

You need to notify WIMCO when you will be arriving in Amalfi so you can be picked up by the property manager.

Language

Italian is the official language in Amalfi, and many areas will also have unique dialects. However, English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

Electricity

Italy uses 220V/50H, so any US travellers will need to get an adapter.

Currency

The official currency is the Euro. Other currencies can be exchanged at all banks, airports, rail stations, and many hotels. All major debit and credit cards are accepted at ATMs.

Getting to the Amalfi Coast
