Villa Hemingway, (villa code: WV HEM) is a newly-built villa overlooking the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac, walking distance of the beach with its restaurants and activities.
Grand Cul de Sac is known for its beautiful, shallow lagoon and its numerous water sports activities.
Along the beach are the famous Guanahani, Sereno and Barthelemy hotels with their restaurants and spas, which are all just a short walk from Villa Hemingway. The villa is also just a short walk from the beach with everything it has to offer, and overlooks the rugged salt ponds and its fauna, with the turquoise waters of the Grand Cul de Sac bay and the ocean beyond.
The villa offers ample outdoor space around the heated infinity pool, with comfortable seating and lounging both in sun and shade, including a covered living space and dining area with a gas grill. The indoor area is open and inviting with its earth tones and turquoise accents that create an authentic Caribbean atmosphere. The seamless floor plan of the fully air-conditioned main room leads from the fully-equipped kitchen into to the dining area that can accommodate 12 people, to the comfortable seating of the living with its entertainment center.
Three of the five bedrooms are situated in separate bungalows on the main level, the other two on the lower level. While the bedrooms have slightly different layout, they are similar in design and amenities. Each bedroom has a European king-sized bed, dressing area, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and U.S. satellite smart TV with Netflix.
