From its lofty location, this property enjoys sweeping views of the island and the gorgeous sunsets.

This classic Caribbean villa is cool, colorful, and contemporary. Loaded with island charms, interiors are bright and feature local artwork, handsome wooden furnishings, and plenty of natural light. From the windows and outdoor terraces, you can enjoy views of St-Jean Bay, and Iles de Fregate and iles Toc Vers in the distance.

Shell Beach is just a short drive away, as is the glamorous dining and shopping in Gustavia. Also within easy driving distance are the beaches at Gouverneur and St-Jean Bay.

Living Spaces: The airy living room at Villa Petit Pont opens to terraces on both sides. Illuminated with natural light, the stylish leather sofas are a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee, afternoon nap, or a movie night.

A spiral staircase leads to an upper loft level, offering even more space to unwind. Wall-to-wall windows offer incredible views on all sides, taking in the emerald landscapes and turquoise bays of St. Barts.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to Au Petit Pont’s entrance is the fully equipped kitchen, which makes cooking a breeze. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

On both terraces is an outdoor dining table, both excellent spots for open-air meals during your stay. Pairing a gourmet meal with French wine and stunning views over the island is exactly what life in the Caribbean is all about.

Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms at Au Petit Pont Villa are accessed from the living room. Each offers a quiet place to rest and recharge, with soothing white walls and beautiful wooden furnishings. Screened windows let you fall asleep with the cool island breeze.

The master bedroom is next to the kitchen and comes with a plush king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the living room are the second and third bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a pair of twin beds ideal for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

Outdoor Features: The front terrace with a dining table is home to the villa’s gas grill, letting you host island-style cookouts. The sizzle of fresh fish and steak on the grill is a fabulous accompaniment to a rosy gold sunset. Looking out over landscaped gardens, you’ll quickly be able to disconnect from the rush of modern life.

For a cool drink in the afternoon, the covered terrace out the back has a comfortable lounge as well. Steps lead down towards the generous deck with a swimming pool. Here, you can lounge all day in the sun, enjoying the views and the island breeze.

Speaking of the views, Petit Pont Villa enjoys one of the best vantage points on St. Barts. 180-degree views take in Gustavia, St-Jean Bay, and the islands Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme.

If the views of the shimmering Caribbean are tempting you towards the coast, the beautiful Shell Beach in Gustavia is under 5-minutes away by car. The pristine Gouverneur Beach is a 5-minute drive, while to the north is St-Jean with its white shores and turquoise waters.
