Villa Fustic House Private Estate, also known as BS FUS, is a 7-bedroom villa located in St. Lucy within minutes of the beach and shopping. This 11-acre estate, which dates back to 1740, is set on a ridge, offering panoramic views of the Caribbean coastline and cooling tradewinds.

English theatrical designer Oliver Messel re-designed this property in the late 1970s, creating indoor and outdoor living areas that flow seamlessly together. Thick coral stonewalls reflect the history of the building, while statues and sculptural art pieces dot the garden. The indoor dining area features an original 17th century fireplace and seating for up to 15 guests. A second dining area is located outside underneath swaying mahogany trees.

Each air-conditioned suite is equipped with a Bose sound system. The 2 suites in the Great House each have a king-size bed. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, while the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a shower only.

The 2 suites in the Messel Wing each have twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The Plantation Wing houses 2 suites, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower. The Pavilion houses the seventh bedroom, which has a king-size bed or twin beds and an adjacent bathroom with an outdoor shower.

Nestled in the tropical garden is a lagoon swimming pool, which was designed by Messel. The pool is treated with ionizer, which reduces the need for chlorine, and lit from below at night. Adjacent to the pool is a spacious sun deck built over a coral ravine. This estate also comes with cable TV, high-speed Internet and WiFi, a home theater system, VOIP, and a game room with a ping-pong table.

This rental requires a $2,500 security deposit and $2,500 telephone deposit. Phones may be used for overseas calls, but the security deposit is not refunded until 90 days after return from the island.

Villa Fustic House Private Estate, or BS FUS, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
