Inside, Villa Antilles Pearl is all about sophisticated luxury. Curated artworks, island antiques, and fine furnishings adorn the interiors, creating a stripped-back contemporary feel that lets the location do all the talking. Everything down to the finest detail celebrates the stunning Caribbean locale.

Steps away, the beach at Shoal Bay West is one of the prettiest on the island, a picture-perfect sweep of powdery white sand and turquoise water. The view toward St. Martin is incredible, as are the Caribbean sunsets.

Living Spaces: With over 12,000 sq. ft. of living spaces, there’s plenty of room to spread out in this luxurious beachfront villa. A generous and open-plan great room is home to the living and dining areas, with soaring ceilings and French doors that open onto the terrace.

The living area features soft sofas to sink into, letting you admire the ocean views in comfort. A home theater is ideal for entertaining, with a large flat-screen TV, surround sound and an extensive movie library. There’s also a custom-built pool table, wet bar, and a card table.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The spacious and fully equipped kitchen at Villa Antilles Pearl makes cooking a breeze. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery. Catered meals and private chefs are also available, letting you kick back and enjoy a cool glass of wine while they whip up a gourmet island feast.

A formal dining room has seating for up to twelve guests, offering a magnificent setting to enjoy meals with family and friends. A second dining area is located poolside underneath umbrellas, ideal for alfresco meals in the cool island air.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Antilles Pearl Villa, spread across the home to ensure privacy for guests.

The master suite is the star of the show, with a lavish king-sized bed, sitting area, desk, and spacious ensuite with its own Jacuzzi bathtub. A private terrace is a fabulous locale to enjoy a relaxing massage or sunset cocktails.

The other 4 guest rooms also come with plush king-sized beds, each a quiet and relaxing place to recharge each evening. An elevator between the levels accommodates guests of all abilities.

Outdoor Features: Outside, a spacious terrace surrounds Villa Antilles Pearl’s swimming pool. Loungers lining the water let you soak up the sun, listening to the breeze rustling the palm trees above. When things get too warm, you can simply roll off the lounger and slip into the pool.

Within seconds, you can be scrunching your toes in the soft, powdery-white sand at Shoal Bay West Beach. The sparkling waters will tempt you in, and just beneath the surface is some of Anguilla’s most enticing snorkeling.

As the afternoon fades, why not host an island-style cocktail soiree on the rooftop terrace? From here, 360-degree views take in the West End, Caribbean Sea, and the beguiling St. Martin. Sunset views are incredible, while a hot tub is ideal for a night of stargazing, champagne in hand.

Villa Antilles Pearl is available as a standalone 5-bedroom villa or it can be combined with Villa Petit Topaz (booking code: AL AL4), for a total of 6-bedrooms. It can fit up to 10 people alone or 14 people with Villa Petit Topaz.

Villa Antilles Pearl in Anguilla comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. It also requires a minimum 3-night stay, except at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Festive.
