Villa Leonardo, also known as BRV LEO, is a 6-bedroom villa in the Chianti area of Tuscany, located just 5 minutes from the village of Fornacette. A tennis court and horseback riding area can also be found nearby.

A 700-meter private dirt road leads to the property, which is surrounded by an extensive and well-tended garden that rolls gently downward from the house towards the swimming pool. The property enjoys a spectacular view of a 10th-century castle and the Chianti countryside with rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, cypresses, and distant farmland. The estate comprises 350 olive trees, more than 100 walnut trees, a small river, and a forest.

Villa BRV LEO is tucked away on a 5-hectare estate and has been immaculately restored by its owner. This old farmhouse blends Tuscan charm with modern facilities. The house is beautifully decorated with terracotta floors, whitewashed walls, and beamed ceilings. All of the windows have screens.

This villa sleeps 12 people. Three bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds (not combinable), while 2 bedrooms have king-size canopy beds. The sixth bedroom also has twin beds. The first 2 bedrooms on the ground floor do not have air-conditioning, while air-conditioning is available on the first floor for an additional charge. The first ground floor bedroom is handicap accessible. One bedroom also features a beautiful skylight.

Sloping green lawns and fruit trees surround the pool, which is adjacent to wrought iron and Rattan settees, benches and chairs, marble tables, and sun umbrellas for shade. This villa also comes with a security gate, a washer and dryer, a fax machine, satellite TV, and WiFi. Electricity, heating, and water are included. The security deposit is $2,000. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a check-in between 4 and 7 p.m. and checkout by 10 a.m.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
