Villa 2B at Peter Bay, also known as MAS 2BE, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in North Shore within a short walk of the beach, and minutes from restaurants and shopping.

The main floor is located on 2 levels. The first level includes a portico, foyer, a library (perfect for book lovers), and an open-design kitchen. Six steps lead to the great room with a sitting area, entertainment center, and formal dining area. French doors lead to the outdoor gallery with cushioned sofas and a dining table for 8 guests.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house on the main level. These bedrooms have 4-poster queen-size mahogany beds, a private balcony facing the ocean, and a sheltered outdoor shower screened by lush landscaping.

A staircase from the great room leads to the third bedroom, which has a 4-poster queen-size bed, inside shower, and private balcony facing the ocean. Another short stairway leads to a foyer and into the master suite on its own level. This spacious suite has a king-size mahogany bed and a surrounding wrap-around balcony, which provides sea vistas. From the master suite, a lighted stone walkway connects to a garden terrace with a hot tub and a sitting area.

There are 2 elevated twin airbeds available for those who require separate beds for their party.

A wraparound balcony surrounds 3 sides of the gallery, with one side featuring a gas grill and wine cooler. Two steps lead to the pool and sun deck with chaise lounges. A shaded path leads from the villa to the beach and nearby snorkeling areas. The house also has beach accessories, WiFi, an electronic security gate, intercoms in bedrooms, a water purification system, satellite TV, and a welcome basket.

Villa 2B at Peter Bay, or MAS 2BE, comes with mid-week house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for detail. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
