Formerly known as Le Virage, this villa offers spectacular sunrise views within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Inside, splashes of turquoise and rustic wooden accents help create a beachy, tropical atmosphere. Exquisite design and details offer every luxury during your stay, while the comfortable furnishings make you feel at home. Quiet and tranquil, this is an ideal spot for your island escape.

Perched above the beautiful Fish Bay on St. John’s Southern Shore, Villa Southern Breeze offers peerless privacy and incredible ocean views. The beach at Great Cruz Bay is just under a 10-minute drive, as are the shops and restaurants in the village of Cruz Bay.

Living Spaces: The open plan great room acts as the spacious gathering point during your stay. Comprising the living area, dining room, and kitchen, it’s a breezy and gorgeous area filled with handsome furnishings and stunning views.

The living area has beautiful wooden sofas with cushions, with a striking aqua-blue tv cabinet. Natural light streams in through the doors, which can be opened to let in the cooling island breeze.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The gourmet kitchen at Villa Southern Breeze features handsome granite countertops and wooden cabinetry. With a suite of high-end appliances, cooking here is a breeze. The concierge service can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

The kitchen opens onto the dining area, which has seating for up to eight guests. Right next to the sliding doors, the ocean views from here are incredible; it’s a wonderful setting for a dinner party during your stay.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Southern Breeze Villa, all of them quiet and tranquil spaces to recharge at the end of each day. Gorgeous photos hang above each bed, depicting tropical scenes from around the island and matching the ocean views outside.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, on either side of the great room. Both feature plush queen-sized beds, private ensuites with outdoor showers, and direct access to the outside terrace,

Descending downstairs reveals the other two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two twins. Both are ensuite.

Outdoor Features: A grand covered terrace is furnished with a dining table and sunbeds, a fantastic spot to soak up the views over Fish Bay and the Virgin Islands National Park.

To the right, steps lead down onto the pool terrace, shielded from the outside world by a lovely tropical garden. More loungers here make it a great spot to sunbathe or dive into a good book.

For days on the beach, the sand at Great Cruz Bay is around a 5-minute drive. St. John’s pristine North Shore is also only 10 minutes away, where you’ll find stunning white shores and turquoise waters. Delve inland to turn up wonderful hiking trails and ruins, with tracks leading all the way to the remote Southern Shore.

Amenities: At Villa Southern Breeze, every detail is taken care of. This non-smoking property also has Wi-Fi, beach accessories, a gas grill, and cable TV. Please note that the villa rates exclude a 12.5 percent government tax and a $50 security deposit waiver.

Villa Southern Breeze in St. John comes with mid-week house cleaning services – contact your villa specialist for more details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
