Villa Amancaya, also known as WV KAY is a 5-bedroom villa located in Anse des Cayes within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This private, hillside property has breathtaking views and is set within large, beautifully landscaped gardens.

Decorated with lavender and teak accents, the main building has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which is strategically placed to take advantage of the view. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa and opens to the pool and view.

Located off the living area under a covered terrace is a dining area, which comfortably seats 12 guests. A second dining area is located underneath the gazebo in the garden. The spacious wooden deck with loungers surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe. A newly-built gazebo at the end of the pool houses an open fitness and massage room.

The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms in the main building each have a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom faces the pool, while the other bedroom opens to the garden with fountain. Two other air-conditioned bedrooms are located in separate bungalows and have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The fifth bedroom is located at the rear of the garden in another guest cottage and has 4 single beds. Two of the single beds are on the ground floor and two are on the mezzanine floor and can be pushed together and has an ensuite bathroom

Villa Amancaya can be rented along with Villa Cozy Amancaya (WV CKY) which is a newly-built bungalow with an additional 2 bedrooms situated just behind the property. The bungalow has a small plunge pool with views of Anse des Cayes and St. Jean beyond. These views can also be enjoyed from the open living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Two small bedrooms with king-sized beds share one bathroom with shower.

Villa Amancaya comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays, as well as complimentary turndown service and breakfast daily. During the December holidays, the villa rents with Cozy Amancaya. This villa is suitable for young children.

Villa KAY was perfect. We fell in love with the villa. Mark, the caretaker was very helpful and Anna-Sophie, the maid was good. We enjoyed having her prepare breakfast each morning.
