Welcome to Villa Sea Bird 19 (booking code: WV AHA), a stylish 3-bedroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Mont Jean, St Barts. This villa offers dramatic eastern and western views and is within minutes of several beaches and restaurants.

Inside, open and airy interiors are awash with island charms. Natural light illuminates the stylish open-plan design and Indonesian-inspired décor. Cool terracotta tiles and artworks adorning the walls add pops of color and contrast with the earthy tones.

Located on the Mont Jean peninsula, Villa Sea Bird 19 offers peerless privacy. The beaches at Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac are just a short drive away. Elegant shopping and dining awaits in St-Jean, 10-minutes away by car.

Living Spaces: The spacious main great room combines the living room, dining area, kitchen, and office. Vaulted ceilings give the entire room a breezy, open feel, while modern furniture adds a touch of luxurious beach-chic.

The living room has two plush sofas facing a large entertainment center with a TV. This is an ideal space to relax, whether it’s with a morning coffee or a movie night with family and friends. If you need to get some work done, the office has a desk and chair - but also a foosball table so you don’t work too much while on vacation.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen at Villa Sea Bird 19 has everything you’ll need to create gourmet meals during your stay. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

The indoor dining table is an excellent setting for elegant dinner parties, overlooking the ocean outside. The kitchen also opens out to a covered dining area, allowing you to pair your meal with the warm island air and stunning sunset.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms at Villa Sea Bird 19 are airy, private and peaceful, offering a relaxing area to relax and recharge each evening.

The large master bedroom is connected to the living room, featuring a plush king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. It also has stunning views out over both sides of the house, letting you wake up with views of the shimmering Caribbean.

The guest bedroom is in a separate cottage on the lower level. With a king-sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking Marigot Bay.

Outdoor Features: Furnished terraces on both sides of Sea Bird 19 Villa offer exquisite views of the ocean, coastline, and undulating tropical hills of St. Barts. Comfortable lounges offer plenty of room to unwind, enjoy a good book, or kick back with a tropical cocktail and enjoy the island breeze.

The swimming pool overlooks the ocean, a fabulous spot for a refreshing dip. Loungers lining the water let you sunbathe in the island rays, or even work poolside. Each terrace also has its own spa, although they’re not heated.

A gas grill also encourages you to host cookouts, frying up some fresh fish or a succulent steak with a golden island sunset. There’s nothing like the sizzle of the grill combining with colorful hues of pink and purple shooting across the sky.

Nearby, the beaches at Marigot Bay and Grand Cul-de-Sac are both around a 5-minute drive. World-class dining and shopping are available at St-Jean, 10-minutes away by car.

Villa Sea Bird 19 comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children and does not allow pets.
