-ft. villa on the north coast enjoys an ocean view beyond its expansive lawn.

The great room is located in a 600-sq.-ft. pavilion with walls of glass doors on all 4 sides. Floors of gleaming white marble adorn this room and its wrap-around veranda, which is generously furnished with deep comfortable chairs and sofas, dining tables, a bar, and cable TV. A red bridge leads from the main pavilion to a formal dining room under a crystal chandelier. Three window walls open wide to a view of the lit orchid tree and garden.

The east wing of the main villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and view of the lawn and sea. The master suite has his and her bathrooms and opens through tall mahogany doors to a spacious porch. The second and third bedrooms also open to furnished porches. In each bathroom, sliding doors open to small private walled gardens, lit each night. A spiral staircase leads to the roof deck for a more elevated view.

A short walk across the lawn leads to the air-conditioned pool cottage which includes a living room, wet bar, television and curtained French doors to the pool terrace. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and small sea-facing patio. The living room doubles as a semi-private bedroom loved by toddlers and teens. This room has its own full bathroom with shower and the twin beds can accommodate two additional guests.

Fronting the 5-acre property is a large, well-kept lawn dotted with gardens and a beach stocked with complimentary sea kayaks and vests. On the grounds is a 100-year-old ficus tree that shades the driveway, and a koi pond filled with fish. Just beyond the pond is a bubbling waterfall. A deck with loungers surrounds the free-form pool. This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with an iPod docking station, outdoor shower, snorkeling gear, and WiFi.

Villa Noble House on the Beach, or VL NHB, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
