Villa Seven Seas on the Beach, also known as VL SSB, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Ocho Rios. This 3-acre property, which is a designated protected coconut plantation, is dotted with 200 healthy coconut palms.

The great room and dining room feature pocket doors that disappear into walls and open to the vast ocean view. Textures of original cut stone, creamy travertine marble, and Jatoba Brazilian cherry form a handsome backdrop for the chic furnishings. A custom lighting system brightens the interior, while original artwork adorns the walls.

The inside dining room features a rare wooden table made from a local Tamarind tree and seating for 10 guests. Dining areas are also located at low poolside tables (ideal for children) and underneath a thatched roof inside the 400-sq.-ft. beachfront pavilion.

Each bedroom features remote control air-conditioning, high quality linens, a flat screen TV, ceiling fans, and an ensuite bathroom with marble vanities and a rainfall shower. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. One bedroom has an additional daybed. A connecting door opens between the third and fourth bedrooms, creating an optional parent-child family suite.

A unique stone deck surrounds the heated pool with slide and the outdoor Jacuzzi. The property also has an outdoor shower, ping-pong table, shuffleboard court, and sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. The private tennis court is lit for night matches. This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with a computer, a helipad, iPod docking station, snorkeling gear, and WiFi. A golf course is located nearby. This property is home to 2 dogs, who roam the yard.

Villa Seven Seas on the Beach, or VL SSB, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

* Note - Seven Seas is home to 3 beloved dogs.They are totally friendly, will romp with you in the yard and run with you on the beach. If preferred, they can be kept in their dog pen during the day but they are allowed to roam at night after guests retire.
