Villa Tranquility on the Beach, also known as VL TRB, is a 7-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay. This stunning 4,800-sq.

-ft. beachfront home is set on a sweeping landscaped lawn with a stone walkway that leads through a lush garden to the beach.

The entrance has rich marble floors, which lead past an indoor waterfall garden. The spacious great room opens wide to the furnished veranda. Dining areas are located on the veranda, inside the formal dining room, and in the waterfront gazebo. The state-of-the-art kitchen includes a 6-burner Vulcan gas stove and double fridge with icemaker.

The 2 large master suites are located in a wing on the east end, each with an ensuite bathroom and French doors that open to the veranda and garden view. Two smaller bedrooms are situated beyond the living room on the west end. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds.

Across the lawn is the contemporary 2-story cottage next to the sea. The lower level has a living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, kitchenette and full bathroom with connecting outdoor shower. The living room opens to a private patio on the edge of the beach. The upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite marble bathroom with a Travertine walk-in shower and an over-the-beach balcony with cushioned lounges for sunning or stargazing.

This villa also comes with cable TV, a crib and highchair, an iPod docking station, a sea kayak, snorkeling gear and WiFi. VL TRB shares a basketball hoop and private tennis court with a neighboring villa (bring racquets and balls). A well-equipped gym is also located nearby. Guests receive membership to the Tryall club.

This villa is home to dogs, who spend their days in the yard and are not permitted in the house.

Villa Tranquility on the Beach, or VL TRB, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

NB: this villa has 10% tax, unlike many Jamaica villas. Villa Tranquillity on the Beach, or VL TRB, comes with house cleaning services.

* Tryall Membership - A Temporary Membership Fee of $26 per person per day plus a 15% service charge for any guest 16 yrs and older will be required. Payment will be made at the Front Desk in the Great House upon arrival.

After paying the Temporary Membership Fee, members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, grocery, motorized water sports, nanny services and golf. Complimentary amenities include the beach, non-motorized water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events.

Tryall Club membership is guaranteed for guests travelling through November 30, 2022.
