Villa Tradewinds at the Tryall Club, also known as VL TTC, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay. The north perimeter of this 2-acre property features 300 feet of waterfront with areas for swimming, snorkeling and windsurfing.

In the living room, an entertainment center houses cable TV, a sound system, and library of videos. A wet bar adjoins the living room. Ten glass-paneled doors open to the spacious veranda and pool terrace, which is generously furnished with chaise lounges, tables, and chairs. Stone steps lead from the terrace directly into the water.

Meals are served here on the breezy terrace near the sea. In addition to the outside dining table, an inside dining room accommodates 10 guests. One wall of the dining room opens wide to a lush garden, which is full of tall tropical plants and illuminated each night.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and adjoining sitting room with a day bed and mahogany desk. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed and one has a king-size or twin beds. A small interior passageway connects the second and third bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate, octagon-shaped cottage 20 feet from the main house.

To the east is a large grassy lawn, which is ideal for outdoor games. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool. This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with a helipad, Internet access, a sea kayak, and golf cart. A golf course is located nearby.

Villa Tradewinds at the Tryall Club, or VL TTC, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

* Note - All villas within the Tryall Club require 15% tax and service. The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of $130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 yrs and over, or $26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Plan to pay your temporary membership fues locally at the front desk in the Great House when you register. Membership includes complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, new Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
