Villa Karma Bay, also known as VL KAR, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay within minutes of the beach and shopping. This waterfront villa is set on a sprawling double lot and enjoys expansive vistas that capture both sunrises and sunsets.

Complementing this dramatic site is unique architecture. The interior features Jamaican, Asian, and European influences in a contemporary and traditional style. The spacious great room has a high ceiling and comfortable furnishings. The covered terrace houses a bar next to cushioned wooden sofas and chairs facing the view.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has cable TV, a ceiling fan, an iPod docking station, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds, while the other 5 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed.

Multiple gazebos and sitting areas adorn the property. A broad marble terrace, bordered by a wide soft lawn and coconut palms, surrounds the swimming pool. Stairs descend to a private lounge area next to the crashing ocean waves.

This villa also comes with handicap access, a helicopter pad, board games, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and WiFi. The Tryall Club requires all guests to become temporary members during their stay. Membership includes access to club facilities, including the beach, golf, tennis, and more.

Villa Karma Bay, or VL KAR, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

* Note - All villas within the Tryall Club require 15% tax and service. The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of $130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 yrs and over, or $26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Plan to pay your temporary membership fues locally at the front desk in the Great House when you register. Membership includes complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, new Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
