Villa Bice, also known as BRV BIC, is a 5-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located near an 18-hole golf course (ideal for golfers). Villa BRV BIC sits in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan rolling hills, in an area between Florence, Siena and Pisa.

The open-plan living area on the ground level has beautiful cotto and wooden floors, vaulted brick ceilings, and marble details. The large living area features a working fireplace and plush comfortable sofas. The living area opens to a large dining area, which seats up to 12 guests, and a well-equipped kitchen with an island and stools. Located upstairs is a second living room with a working fireplace, a cushioned sofa, and access to the garden via an exterior staircase.

Each bedroom has a queen-size bed or twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bathrooms has a separate bathtub. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other 3 bedrooms are situated on the upper floor.

A manicured garden surrounds the villa, which offers stunning views of the Tuscan landscape. A private swimming pool is located adjacent to a furnished sundeck and a covered patio, which is perfect for outdoor dining. This villa also comes with a pizza oven, satellite TV, iPod docking stations, WiFi, parking, a gym with free weights, and a washer and dryer.

Villa Bice, or BRV BIC, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
Reservation Tip – the owners of private villas in Europe prefer Saturday to Saturday rental dates. You’ll have more options if you can arrive on a Saturday. Ask your WIMCO villa specialist for help arranging flights, trains and car service.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
