Apartment Ippolita, also known as BRV IPP, is a unique 3-bedroom apartment in the historical city center of Florence, located only a short walk from museums, cafés, the Santa Maria Novella rail station, and more.

Apartment BRV IPP is situated on the second floor of a landmark Florentine palazzo. The apartment is meticulously maintained and restored. The living room boasts comfortable sofas, beautiful antiques, and an exquisite, original 18th-century frescoed soaring ceiling, depicting an allegory of music. Two large windows face the famous Cappelle Medicee, which dates back to 16th and 17thcenturies.

The completely frescoed library and tearoom offers ample art books on the well-stocked shelves. The traditional dining room hosts the most important frescoed ceiling of the palazzo. The warm wood antiques, several oil paintings of various periods, and the Murano hand-blown glass chandelier create an elegant space for formal dining. Two large windows let in plenty of natural light. A well-equipped, modern eat-in kitchen and laundry room completes this floor.

The air-conditioned, spacious master bedroom is located in a stunning alcove. This bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second, small bedroom has a single bed and an adjacent bathroom with a tub. A portable air-conditioning unit is available for the second bedroom upon request. This apartment also comes with satellite TV with Sky services, a washer and dryer, and WiFi.

Apartment Ippolita, or BRV IPP, has house cleaning services available during the week for an addtional fee. Ask your villa specialist for details

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
