Living Spaces: The main house is where you’ll find the enticing great room, boasting views of the white-sand-beach just steps away. This open-plan living space flows gently from the living to the dining area and features vaulted ceilings, elegant light fixtures, and colorful island artworks.

Two soft lounges let you sink into the cushions, unwinding with a good book or some warm conversation. Although we won’t blame you if you keep getting distracted by the shimmering waters just outside. Opening the glass sliding doors grants you uninterrupted views of the water and suffuses the entire space with a cool island breeze.

Also in Villa Hawksbill’s main house is a media and game room. A semicircular blue couch faces a large flat-screen TV, perfect for a movie night. Behind, a shuffleboard table provides even more indoor entertainment and a healthy dose of competition.

Dining Room and Kitchen: The formal dining area is bathed in natural light and has space for up to 14 guests. You’ll love gathering here for vibrant dinners, sampling the Caribbean flavors, and enjoying great conversations.

The gorgeous kitchen at Villa Hawksbill is clad in dark tropical wood, with a wide glass door fully opening to the outdoor terrace. A small breakfast bar with three stools is a stylish spot to enjoy a morning espresso before diving into the pool outside.

Bedrooms: Villa Hawksbill can accommodate up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms. The master suite is in the main building, taking up the entire second floor. With a stunning design, a private balcony, and a luxurious ensuite, this is the perfect room for those after a bit more privacy.

4 more bedrooms are also in the main building. Two have direct access to the terrace and pool, while the other two have private little nooks overlooking the luscious tropical gardens. All are quiet and tranquil spaces, offering privacy and a deluxe mattress for a good night’s rest.

On the opposite side of the pool is another master suite in a standalone building. An elevated 2-bedroom guesthouse with a kitchen and living space sits behind the main house. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and one bedroom has bunk beds ideal for children.

Outdoor Features: Seamlessly flowing from the interiors, Villa Hawksbill outdoor spaces are sublime. Shady spots for lounging and dining are complemented by the expansive terrace, swaying palms, and beautiful Grace Bay Beach just beyond.

The long, heated pool is an impeccable place for refreshing dips during the heat of the day. With two sections, one side is made for swimming laps, while the other is perfect for languishing in the cool water.

Sunseekers can make use of the reclining loungers and plush daybeds scattered across the terrace as well. Settle in to soak up the island rays while the breeze rustles the palm trees above, matching the gentle thrum of the nearby tide.

For rosy island sunsets, the firepit is an excellent setting. Watching the afternoon fade into dusk behind a crackling flame is the perfect accompaniment to a punchy tropical cocktail. Elsewhere, a hot tub is a luxurious spot for some late-night stargazing, with the gentle tide as a soundtrack.

Amenities: No detail has been overlooked at Villa Hawksbill. This property also comes with Apple TVs, ceiling fans, a garage, parking, gas grill, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Snorkeling gear, paddleboards, and kayaks are also included, letting you make the most of this amazing beachfront location. Nearby you can go kitesurfing, scuba diving, or enjoy a day of golf. Several popular restaurants and shopping areas are also nearby.
