Villa Stark is spread across three separate buildings cascading down the hill towards the sea: the Main Villa, the Yoga Pavilion, and the Beach House. In each, gallery-like living spaces are complemented by extensive outdoor terraces, all of them angled towards fantastic views of the glimmering Caribbean.

This villa is part of WIMCO’s Special Reserve Collection which means there is an exceptional level of personalized in-villa services, and the use of a private chef is included in the price.

The interiors are captivating in their minimalism, with sleek furnishings and stylish metal-edged windows framing beach views. With the latest in elegant luxuries and a full staff to cater to your every need, you’ll want for nothing at Villa Stark. This is pure island hedonism.

Living Spaces: The inspiring great room in the main villa commands incredible views over the Atlantic Ocean. Sleek and contemporary, the sophisticated living area features plush couches and a large flat-screen TV. A formal dining table is perfect for sumptuous dinners, prepared by your own private chef.

In Villa Stark’s Beach House, another stylish great room with living and dining areas acts as an alternative place to relax or enjoy fine dining and drinks. Located just above the sand, it’s an incredible setting to watch as the island sunset tinges the sky with golds, pinks, and purple.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Both the main villa and the Beach House have a well-equipped and stylish kitchen, complete with the latest appliances. Breakfast bars in either are a great spot for a morning espresso or some fresh island fruit before diving into the luxurious pools outside.

Alfresco dining is best at the Yoga Pavilion, where a rooftop terrace has a dining table for 12. Before you settle down for a meal, the villa’s staff will be more than happy to host a classy sunset soiree, mixing up vibrant tropical cocktails from behind the bar backdropped by some rhythmic reggae.

Bedrooms: Each of the 10 bedrooms in Villa Stark is sleek and minimalist, letting the astounding ocean views do all the talking. The main villa features 6 bedrooms, each with a luxurious king-sized bed and a private balcony overlooking the water. Waking up to the sounds and smells of the ocean is incredible.

Two more bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located inside the Yoga Pavilion, alongside a peaceful Zen room. Greeting each day with some quiet reflection as you gaze out across the water really grounds you in this beautiful island paradise.

The final two bedrooms are in the Beach House; both enjoy palatial king-sized beds, as well as their own private wading pool and sundeck.

Outdoor Features: There are several generous and alluring outdoor areas at Stark Villa to choose from, all offering astounding ocean views.

At the main villa, there are two pools, with cushioned sun loungers and deep back armchairs scattered around in sun and shade. It’s easy to cool off by slipping into the pool for a quick swim.

A lavish lounge area is on top of the Yoga Pavilion, while at the Beach House, a covered terrace is lined with plush chairs overlooking the water. An infinity pool here goes right to the edge, overlooking the Caribbean. Following a set of stairs delivers you onto your own private beach cove, letting you enjoy the heavenly water in privacy.

Amenities: As one of the most luxurious villas in Providenciales, no expense has been spared at Villa Stark. This non-smoking property also comes with parking, Apple and cable TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, ceiling fans, heating, a gym, an outdoor shower, a quality sound system, and a wine fridge.
