Villa Fiesta, also known as MEX FIE, is a 4-bedroom villa in the Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, located a short walk from the beach and only a mile from shopping and nightclubs downtown. Situated just 150 feet above the beach, Villa MEX FIE enjoys spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.

The interior features tile floors, colorful accents, and 4,000 square feet of living space. The living room with cushioned sofas opens to a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a preparation island and breakfast bar with stools. The dining area offers seating for up to 8 guests. Glass sliding doors line the wall from the living area to kitchen, offering lovely ocean views.

The comfortably furnished bedrooms offer terraces and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower and bathtub. The second suite is furnished with 2 queen-size beds, while the third suite has a king-size bed. The fourth, detached suite is located near the pool. This bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. The fifth suite has a king bed which can be split into 2 twins.

The patio offers an ideal area for sunbathing near the pool, which has a swim-up bar. The game room provides additional entertainment with its ping-pong and foosball tables. This air-conditioned villa also comes with a Jacuzzi, ceiling fans, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, satellite TV, WiFi, a fax machine, and a washer and dryer. Taxes are included in the rate.
