Villa Pacifica, also known as MEX PAC, is a 5-bedroom villa in Cabo San Lucas, located just steps from Pedregal Beach and minutes from downtown restaurants and nightclubs. Completely remodeled with sophisticated modern décor, Villa MEX PAC enjoys lovely views of the beach and Pacific Ocean through coconut palms.

Inside, the new décor features striking contemporary furnishings, designer textiles, vibrant accents, marble floors, and modern accessories. The gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar is well equipped. The spacious living area opens to the scenic pool terrace. The indoor dining area seats 8 guests, while a covered terrace houses an outdoor lounge and dining area.

The master suite on the upper level has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, steam room and private den. The upper level houses 2 more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Two more bedrooms are located on the beach level. One bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds.

A pool terrace with ample lounge areas and palm trees surrounds the uniquely shaped, beachfront pool. Located nearby is a large Jacuzzi and fire pit (perfect for cool evenings). This non-smoking villa also comes with ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, a gas grill, iPod docking stations, satellite TV, WiFi, a washer and dryer, wet bar and 2 outdoor showers. Taxes are included in the rate.

Villa Pacifica, or MEX PAC, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
