Villa Grande, also known as MEX GRN, is a 6-bedroom villa in Cabo San Lucas, located only a short drive from the downtown area. Villa MEX GRN offers sensational views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez.

The spacious interior features beautiful artwork, granite and brick-domed ceilings, extensive marble flooring and accents, and comfortable fine furnishings throughout the airy rooms. The living room offers extensive ocean views, while the formal dining room provides seating for up to 10 guests. The kitchen has a breakfast table and a preparation island with a bar and stools.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two of the suites have king-size beds and private balconies. The third suite is furnished with 2 queen-size beds and has its own balcony. The remaining 3 suites are detached from the main house. One bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, while another bedroom has a single queen-size bed and a shared balcony. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed.

Located off the kitchen is the large patio area, which offers dining and lounge areas. A separate patio with chairs surrounds the pool and Jacuzzi, which seats 6 guests. This patio offers several lounge areas in both the sun and shade. This villa also comes with ceiling fans, air-conditioning, a fitness room, gas grill, iPod docking stations, satellite TV, a Vonage telephone, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. A highchair and playpen are available upon request. Taxes are included in the rate.

Villa Grande, or MEX GRN, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
