Living Spaces: Relaxing in any of Villa Pearl East’s living spaces is easy. Creamy white interiors contrast with splashes of sea-blue artworks and stunning ocean views.

The central living room features plush sofas facing toward wall-to-wall glass windows, letting you soak up the incredible natural beauty in comfort. You’ll love sinking in here with a drink and some conversation each day.

If you’re after a night of indoor entertainment, the villa also has a separate home theatre room. With a large flat-screen TV and theater seating for up to 10 guests, it’s fantastic for movie nights with family and friends. There’s even a bar fridge and popcorn machine.

Dining Room and Kitchen: The kitchen at Pearl East Villa is a pleasure to cook in, with chef-caliber appliances and plenty of space. Although with a private chef whipping up all your meals, you’ll hardly need to lift a finger.

All that’s left for you to do is to decide where to enjoy your meal. There’s the kitchen island lined with stools or a more formal dining room table with space for up to 8 guests. Alfresco dining in the warm island air is also available at two separate outdoor tables.

Bedrooms: There are 8 luxurious bedrooms at Villa Pearl East, sleeping up to 16 guests. Each room has its own air-conditioning and ceiling fan, a lavish king-sized bed, fridge, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix. They’re ideal for some downtime, letting you recharge in peace, quiet, and privacy.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living spaces at Pearl East Villa are nothing short of breathtaking. With ample space for sunbathing, relaxing in the shade, swimming, and dining, you’ll probably never want to leave.

The sprawling terrace is divided by the inviting swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips. A marble bridge crosses from one side to the other, each side with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers for basking in the island sun.

The pool itself also has a shallower area for kids, and an added Jacuzzi, truly making it the star of the show. As the afternoon fades, an evening dip is made even more magical with the custom outdoor lighting. On the other side of the house is another pool with a swim-up bar.

Following the long wooden path from the villa leads you to the beach deck furnished with loungers and daybeds. From here, it’s just steps to the crystal-clear water of Long Bay Beach, inviting you in for a refreshing swim.
