Villa Jasmine Cottage, also known as GCM CCY, is a 3-bedroom villa in Old Man Bay, located just steps from the beach, and a short drive from restaurants, shopping, and resorts. Nestled adjacent to another villa, this property enjoys spectacular sea views from its private pool and screened-in atrium.

Large picture windows and sliding doors provide the interior with ample natural light. The open-plan great room offers access to the pool and atrium. The living area features cushioned sofas and a flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a small dining area with seating for 6 guests and a well-equipped, modern kitchen.

The bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed and sliding glass doors, which open to the beachfront pool deck. Located upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed and an sea view, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a garden view. Each bathroom has a glass, walk-in shower.

A deck with loungers surrounds the pool. The atrium houses an outdoor living and dining area. Steps from the pool lead to the water and a snorkeling area. This villa also comes with beach towels, air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking.

*Note: Silver Thatch tandem kayaks available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.
