Villa Fingertip, also known as GCM FGT, is a 3-bedroom villa in Cayman Kai, located steps from the ocean and a 5 to 10-minute walk from restaurants, watersports, a marina, and shopping. Situated directly on the waterfront at the end of a sandy point, this one-story villa enjoys ocean views.

The interior features sunny, open-plan rooms. The living area has cushioned chairs, a flat-screen TV, and views. Located nearby is the indoor dining area with seating for up to 6 guests. The modern kitchen next to the dining area offers a breakfast bar with stools. Sliding doors open to the screen porch with panoramic views, ample seating and an outdoor dining area with seating for up to 6 guests.

Both master suites open to the porch and feature ensuite bathrooms with large soaking bathtubs. One master suite has a king-size bed, while the second suite is furnished with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds, which can convert into a king-size bed upon request. This bedroom features an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

At the edge of the property is a palm-shaded, white sand beach with lounge chairs and a hammock (perfect for napping). This non-smoking villa also comes with beach towels, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, a charcoal barbecue, a washer and dryer and WiFi.

*Note: Silver Thatch tandem kayaks and stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.

**Note - Villa maid service is at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance of travel
