Villa Caymanas, also known as GCM VCY, is a 4-bedroom villa in Old Man Bay, located just steps from the sea. This property on the north coast enjoys panoramic sea views through swaying palm trees.

This villa features a unique design and ample outdoor space. The modern, oversized windows facing the sea fill the interior rooms with natural light. The living room, dining area, and kitchen open to the second-floor seaside balcony, which spans the full width of the house. The second story windows all open to sea breezes and views.

The spacious kitchen features a large preparation island. The living room has a large, flat-screen TV and cushioned couches, while the indoor dining area offers seating for up to 6 guests. The well-equipped exercise room offers a bike, mats, dumbbells, and universal weights.

Three of the suites open directly to either the balcony or pool deck. The second level houses 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms can be found on the ground level. These suites with king-size beds feature access to the interior stairs and seafront veranda.

A deck with loungers surrounds the large swimming pool. Located nearby is a covered terrace housing an outdoor living and dining area. A sandy area leads to the pebbly beach and sea with excellent snorkeling areas. The property is located directly in front of a top dive site known as Babylon. This non-smoking property also comes with an office, beach towels, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, WiFi, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, a washer and dryer, and 2 glass-bottomed sea kayaks.

*Note: Silver Thatch tandem kayaks available for discounted rental. Signed waiver and 5-day minimum required with 6th and 7th day free: US$39 per day per kayak/SUP ($195 per week/each). Paddles included.
