The interiors of this property are a study in West Indies and colonial charm. With wooden accents everywhere, from the tropical wooden ceilings to the hardwood floors, the entire home is rich and elegant. Luxurious furnishings, island antiques, and the open-plan design complete this stunning beachfront villa.

Perched above the beautiful Sandy Hill Beach, this property enjoys stunning views of the Caribbean as well as the islands St. Martin and St. Barts. A foot path leads down to a secluded beach with excellent swimming and snorkeling. When looking for a little more action, some of the island’s best waterfront restaurants are just 15 minutes away by car in Sandy Ground.

Living Spaces: The flowing open plan at Bird of Paradise Villa takes in several living and dining areas both inside and out. The living areas themselves can accommodate more than 50 guests, making it a fantastic choice for a destination event.

The interior living room features soft sofas and a wet bar, letting you ease into the island life with a punchy rum cocktail. The views from here take in the sparkling Caribbean, the gentle tide lulling you into a state of relaxation.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Villa Bird of Paradise features dark wood cabinets and a large preparation island. Impromptu cocktail hours can be held at the island while the chef in your group cooks up a storm. The concierge can even organize grocery delivery, or for a night off, a catered meal or private chef service.

Next door is the indoor dining room, a classic antique table with island décor adorning the walls. It’s a fabulous setting for a dinner party, but then again, so is the outdoor dining table next to the pool.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Bird of Paradise, each accessed via a private exterior entrance. Every bedroom comes with a spacious ensuite, Bulgari amenities, and a private veranda with lounge chairs and views of the beach.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub, indoor and outdoor showers, and its own private plunge pool on the veranda. There are two more rooms with king-sized beds, one of which can be configured to have a pair of twins.

The fourth bedroom features two queen-sized beds. The property also has a study with two daybeds that can act as a fifth bedroom.

Outdoor Features: The covered exterior living area has lounges and armchairs, with a fireplace to keep things warm in the cool evenings. The beautiful stone of the terrace blends with the rugged landscapes below; from here, the beach views are incredible.

Before dinner, why not shake yourself up a cocktail and kick back to watch the sunset? From this vantage point, there are incredible views over the Caribbean and the islands St. Martin and St. Barts.

Each day, the sunny terrace at Bird of Paradise Villa will tempt you outside, with plenty of loungers for basking in the island sun. A covered gazebo provides another shady spot to relax, while two different lagoon-style pools let you easily cool off.

The beach is only 2-minutes away on foot, offering a lovely slice of paradise in the Caribbean. With golden sands and sparkling turquoise waters, this is a dream come true. Also nearby is the entertainment of Sandy Ground Beach, with popular beach bars lining the shore.

Amenities: Thoughtful touches help complete your stay at Villa Bird of Paradise. This property also comes with fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, an extensive movie library, a gas grill, and beach accessories.

Villa Bird of Paradise in Anguilla comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
