The tranquil interiors at Villa Terre Indigo are quiet and shady, offering a cool respite from the island sun. The classic style features all-white furnishings, contrasted by the contemporary ceilings of gray, vaulted above the open-plan layout. The easy-going island décor creates a peaceful atmosphere; this is a beachy-style home with a warm, welcoming character.

Enjoying a location above the popular Nikki Beach in St. Barts, Villa Terre Indigo puts you within easy distance of the best of St. Barts. Within a couple of minutes by car, you can be wading into the crystalline ocean, dining at a St. Jean restaurant, or browsing the shops nearby.

Living Spaces: The classic style of St. Barts villas shines through inside Villa Terre Indigo, although the home has been updated. Spread over two levels, there’s a spacious great room at the heart of the home, an open-plan area that opens to the outdoor terrace.

In the living room, island breezes wash through the open doors, encouraging you to sink into the sofas and relax. You could stay here all day reading a good book or enjoying some conversation, and there’s a wall-mounted TV for movie nights as well.

Kitchen and Dining Room: On one side of the living room is Villa Terre Indigo’s kitchen. Chic cabinetry and rattan décor make this space a soothing spot to prepare a fragrant, island meal. Our concierge is also happy to organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

There’s a glass-topped dining room table in the great room, a wonderful setting to enjoy a meal together with family and friends. If you’d prefer to dine alfresco, there are also two tables outside; a small spot under the covered terrace, and a large table with seating for eight guests under a gazebo by the pool, offering stunning ocean views.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Terre Indigo, cool and contemporary spaces for unwinding at the end of each day.

The master bedroom is just beyond the living room. This space features a European king-sized bed, U.S. satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower.

Two additional bedrooms are in a separate bungalow, accessed across the covered terrace. One of the rooms has a pair of twin beds that can be made into a king, while the other room has a European king-sized bed. Both rooms enjoy ocean views and ensuite bathrooms with showers.

The fourth bedroom is a small suite situated below the deck. This room has a separate living room with U.S. satellite TV and a kitchenette on one side, a bedroom with a European king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Features: From the great room, the exterior living room begins. The entire area can be merged, creating a beautiful spot to entertain guests. Otherwise, the outdoor lounge is ideal for reading a book or settling in for an afternoon nap after a morning at the beach.

The spacious pool deck offers all-day sun, lush vegetation, ocean views, comfortable chaises, and a gazebo. The gazebo with dining table also features an outdoor kitchenette and grill, letting you host island-style cookouts and long, unhurried lunches that St. Barts is famous for, with the pool beckoning as soon as you’re done.

Amenities: Villa Terre Indigo is perfect for couples vacationing together, as well as families with children. A range of amenities come with the villa, including Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a Sonos sound system, a Nespresso coffee machine, and U.S. satellite TV.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
