The interiors at Villa Pelican do well to enhance all that natural beauty, yet also have plenty of character of their own. Designed in the breezy Caribbean style, it’s all about barefoot luxury here: accents of wood contrasted by creamy hues of white, high-end furnishings, and stylish décor that creates a feeling of elegance and grace.

Set amid an area of unspoiled beauty that’s increasingly rare in the Caribbean, Villa Pelican’s location is incredible. You can watch pelicans flying around the bay, and within 5 minutes, be lounging on a nearby beach. And the capital Gustavia is only a 10-minute drive.

Living Spaces: Villa Pelican enjoys a great layout, with several units connected by the covered terrace outside. The first unit is home to the 4 bedrooms spread over two levels, while the second unit is where the main living space is.

Here, the open-plan design combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Fantastic views, beautiful furnishings, and sliding doors that open to the natural breezes make this space a wonderful place to gather with family and friends. For some indoor entertainment, there’s a large TV in front of the plush sofas in the living room.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The open, fully equipped kitchen at Villa Pelican has a breakfast island, great for morning coffee and fresh pastries. High-end appliances make cooking here a breeze; our concierge is also happy to organize anything from an in-villa wine tasting to a private chef for an evening.

In front of the kitchen is the main dining table, benefiting from the terrific views framed by the large glass doors. Meals here will be a highlight of your stay, whether it’s a home-cooked dinner or a gourmet Caribbean feast prepared by a chef.

Bedrooms: The 4 bedrooms at Villa Pelican are located in the other building, all of them nearly identical. The effortless style and elegance of the rooms make them ideal oases for relaxing at the end of each day. 

All four bedrooms feature a European king-sized bed, TVs with U.S. satellite channels, and luxurious ensuite bathrooms with showers. The main level rooms are easily accessed on the entrance side, as well as the terrace on the other. The rooms on the lower floor are situated in front of a garden with a small ocean view and a private terrace with seating.

Outdoor Features: Spreading out in front of the main room is the large two-level deck, the star attraction of Villa Pelican. There’s ample seating, letting you kick back and gaze out at the sparkling water, passing the afternoons by sunbathing and enjoying tropical cocktails.

There are four large daybeds, plush spots to nestle in with a good book, and loungers for sunbathing. The pool is tucked into a corner next to the main deck, the infinity-edge stretching towards the ocean below. It’s a dreamy setting for a swim, but just as nice are the nearby beaches within a 5-minute drive.  

Amenities: Villa Pelican is a great family villa, and also a wonderful choice for couples vacationing together. It has all the amenities you’ll need, including fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a Bose sound system, beach chairs, a fitness room, and a wine fridge.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
