Fanned out on a hill above the bay, Villa EauSea enjoys lovely island breezes and is a fantastic jumping off point for exploring St. John. The shops and restaurants of the village of Cruz Bay are a few minutes by car, while the stunning North Shore beaches are a 10-minute drive. Whether you’re up for an adventure or simply in the mood to put your feet up, this is a great place to be.

Living Spaces: The wonderful and spacious floor plan includes several elegant areas to entertain and spend time with family and friends. The bright and spacious great room is home to a living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The living room at EauSea Villa has several comfortable sofas, all of them with incredible views out over the water. You could easily sink in and lounge here all day, sipping on a cool drink, reading a book, or gazing out over the water and watching as the yachts sail by.

There’s another area to come together, this one underneath the covered terrace outside. A wet bar makes this a great place to entertain, shaking up delicious rum cocktails and enjoying the ocean breeze. At sunset, why not turn up the music and enjoy as the golden pink sky fades into the evening? This is the best seat in the house.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Back in the great room is where you’ll find the modern kitchen at Villa EauSea. Equipped with Wolf and SubZero appliances, cooking here is a breeze. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

The nearby dining table has seating for up to 10 guests, making it a fantastic spot to come together over a meal with family and friends. There’s also a dining table on the covered terrace outside, letting you pair your food with those dreamy ocean views.

Bedrooms: The 4 bedrooms at Villa EauSea are spread across the home to ensure privacy between guests. Rich furnishings and ocean views make them ideal places to recharge, while private patios are a nice spot to unwind with a drink and views of the sparkling Caribbean.

Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite, three of which come with exotic outdoor showers made from natural stone. The rooms are an ideal spot to freshen up after a long day in the sun before wandering down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay’s laid-back nightlife.

Outdoor Features: Outside, the beautiful bar and living area is just the beginning. Steps lead you onto the outdoor terrace, where the swimming pool takes center stage. The infinity-edge seemingly blends with the water of the bay, offering uninterrupted views over the turquoise waters and luxury yachts sailing back and forth.

When it’s time to dry off, loungers lining the water offer a nice spot to sunbathe, or even just relax with a good book. There’s also a shaded gazebo with another dining table for meals, again with outstanding views over the water.

Venturing outside of the property is also rewarding. The stunning beaches on the North Shore are within a 10-minute drive, offering wonderful opportunities to enjoy some of the Caribbean’s best beaches. The national park with its miles of hiking trails is also within easy reach.
