Brand-new and modern, this mountainside property borders 17,000 acres of national park and enjoys panoramic views toward the islands of St. Thomas, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, and the surrounding cays.

Breezy and open, the rich interiors flow into the Mediterranean-inspired courtyards and terraces. Graceful arches and pillars alongside terracotta tiles also enhance the airy, Spanish feel. Warm and welcoming, unwinding here is inevitable.

With a fantastic location on the North Shore, Villa Limetree puts you in the middle of the island’s natural beauty. Peter Bay Beach is just a minute away by car, as is the beach at Trunk Bay. And if you’re feeling like a night out, the shops and restaurants in the village of Cruz Bay are reachable in around 15-minutes by car.

Living Spaces: The large, airy great room is at the heart of Villa Limetree, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Natural light flows in on all sides through the windows, offering spectacular views out over the coastline and tranquil bays.

The living room features several plush sofas, inviting spots to sink in and relax. In the middle of the room is also a large island, a great spot to enjoy a cocktail hour or aperitif inside.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The gourmet kitchen at Villa Limetree is a gorgeous place to whip up meals. Beautiful wooden cabinetry contrasts with the bright blue bench tiles and patterned backsplash. Concierge service on the island can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

The gorgeous dining room table is a magnificent setting to come together with family and friends over a meal. For those who prefer dining in the open air, it’s as easy as whisking your plate outside onto the covered terrace. Here, another table offers alluring views over the sparkling bays and coastline of St. John.

Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms at Villa Limetree, bright and airy spaces that make it easy to recharge each evening. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with a king-sized bed in an elegant oasis. There’s a private balcony with ocean views and a living room for watching movies or entertaining.

Three more suites have king-sized beds, with a charming tropical aesthetic that will immediately put you in an island mood. The fifth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms come with a private ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside the great room delivers you onto the covered terrace, where you can soak up the island breeze with a cool drink. Above and below are even more covered terraces, with lounges, sunbeds, and plenty of spots to unwind.

You could spend all day floating in the refreshing pool, watching the sailboats tack back and forth on the water below. There are loungers for sunbathing, and the hot tub is an inviting spot to spend a magical evening watching the sunset send rosy gold colors across the stunning landscape.
