As you wade out into the sea, just off shore you’ll discover the pristine reefs of Princess Alexandra National Marine Park. Below the surface is a world of tropical fish and kaleidoscopic corals, waiting to be explored.

The harmonious design of Beach Kandi Villa perfectly fits its surroundings. Mimicking the powder-white sand and calm ocean, the interior is boldly minimalist, confidently flowing from one space to another.

Every corner of this villa boasts incredible views towards the turquoise waters. Located in a small enclave of exclusive villas, it’s both intimate and well-connected; with the restaurants and shops of Turtle Cove just a short walk away. This is sophisticated beach living at its very best.

Living Room: Sunlight streams into the main living room, a spacious and comfortable area that opens towards the water. Cleverly decorated with island antiques, custom furnishings, and Italian marble floors, it’s luxurious and tasteful.

10-foot sliding glass walls let in the salty Caribbean breeze, and the snug sofas are perfect to sink into during the afternoon heat. There’s a TV, but you’d be forgiven if you decide to just admire the astounding ocean views instead.

Dining Room and Kitchen: An elegant dining area and kitchen make up the rest of the great room in the Beach Kandi Villa. The dark solid wood of the dining table matches the ceiling above, bringing earthy tones into the brightly lit space.

There’s seating for up to 6 guests, and you’ll love hosting meals here that stretch long into the evening. The well-equipped kitchen is sleek and modern, and as a result, makes cooking group dinners a breeze. For special occasions our concierge can organize a private chef, leaving you to relax with a cocktail as the sun sets over the ocean.

Bedrooms: Beach Kandi has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both have a grand Kohler water-tile shower and a luxurious soaking tub, uniquely filled by a waterfall spout on the ceiling.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and opens to the pool terrace. As you ascend to the second bedroom, you’ll be greeted with an open and airy space, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. In either room, the gentle sound of waves rustling over the sand is a perfect way to wake up.

Outdoor Features: The luxuries continue as you step outside. You’ll find a beautiful teak deck and sun lounges surrounding the pool, which has the option to be heated. There’s a BBQ for you to try your hand at grilling a Caribbean feast, and an indoor/outdoor Bose sound system makes this the perfect spot for entertaining.

Beyond the pool is the powder-soft sand and inviting waters of Grace Bay. As you wade in, you’ll discover a colorful coral reef home to a large population of tropical fish and sea turtles. Plush sunbeds and umbrellas lie at the edge of the sand, offering a place to sunbathe, read, and relax. This really is paradise.

Amenities: It’s the extra details at Villa Beach Kandi that really elevate your Caribbean vacation. There’s a Vonage phone with free international calls, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, and a welcome gift of champagne and non-alcoholic drinks.

A separate 1-bedroom guesthouse called Sugar Kube is also available to rent with the villa. During Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
