Apartment Capital, also known as BRV CPT is a deluxe prestigious 4-bedroom apartment ideally located in the historic city center. This unique property occupies the first floor of a historical building with an elevator and features elegantly furnished ensuite bedrooms. Apartment Capital is a real dream home, refined and very comfortable, with all the famous monuments just a few steps away.

The recent makeover and refurbishment of Apartment Capital was assigned to the wise hands of an on-trend Florentine designer, who transformed this old apartment into a stylish luxury residence. This chic apartment exudes comfort, thanks to two spacious dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a well-designed bright living room with access to a balcony that overlooks one of Florence’s major piazzas. During the renovation, wonderful and authentic frescoed walls and ceilings were discovered in some parts of the apartment; it was decided that these remain intact, in order to conserve the signs of the time and the mix of various ages, and also to use them as a basis for creating a dominant color palette for the various rooms. Thanks to that decision to preserve the old soul of the apartment, history and modern luxury now come together very harmoniously.

Perfect for a large family or a group of friends as the bedrooms consist of a master king with a queen daybed, ideal for one or two children, a twin (convertible into a king), with daybed, ideal for one or two children, another twin (convertible into a king) and a queen bedroom. All the bedrooms have A/C, and all the bathrooms are provided with hair dryers.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
