Villa Casa Cervo, also known as SXM CCV, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Baie Rouge within steps of the beach, and minutes from restaurants and shopping. This beachfront property is situated within a gated community.

Large gates lead to a manicured garden oasis and circular driveway, which offers plenty of parking. Adjacent to the driveway is the main walk-up entrance with 14 steps. Inside is the unique U-shaped plan layout with 3 bedrooms on the right; a kitchen, dining room, and living room along the back (facing the sea); and the master bedroom to the left.

The living room with contemporary furniture and a plasma TV opens to the multiple dining areas on the covered terrace, which also has a pass-through bar with stools. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen with a center island is located adjacent to a formal indoor dining room with seating for up to 8 guests.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, screens, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Four of the five bedrooms have private seating areas and sea views. The fifth bedroom is located at garden level with a private patio

A large wooden deck surrounds the rectangular pool, which has a wide stair entry. The deck continues along a path to a private gate with direct access to the beach. Nearby is a large gazebo with a comfortable seating area and view. The house also has a barbecue, fax machine, satellite TV, a washer and dryer and WiFi.

Villa Casa Cervo, or SXM CCV, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
