The Grandview 202, (villa code: TC GRV) is a 2-bedroom condo located in an exclusive enclave with only 18 private units overlooking beautiful Grace Bay. Guests have direct access to the expansive beach front, beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, and of course, the sparkling turquoise waters.

The 1825 square foot oceanfront Grandview has been completely refurbished.
It boasts a large, fully-equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances, including a wine fridge and a washer & dryer. The expansive, contemporary living/dining area leads to a large covered terrace, equipped with dining table and chairs with seating for 6, lounge chairs and a full-sized BBQ.
Enjoy tropical breezes and mesmerizing views of Grace Bay’s turquoise waters and relax in the Grandview’s manicured gardens, lagoon pool and hot tub. Sip your morning coffee in the relaxing, peaceful surroundings; take in the breathtaking evening sunsets. Whether indoors or on the terrace, dining or relaxing, all offer the same wonderful direct ocean views and sounds.
You have full access to the on-site gym, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. Guest parking is on the property within enclosed secure gating. The building is within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shopping, including a gourmet grocery store.
The listed prices are for occupancy of 5. The fifth person can be accommodated with a roll away cot (suitable for teen and younger as it sits low to the ground). A pack and play is also available.
