With a location in the exclusive Virgin Grand Estates above Cruz Bay, the views here are incredible. White sailboats on the azure sea, dramatic sunsets, and the twinkling lights of St. Thomas at night are all part of the incomparable panoramic view. The location also puts you within minutes of the village of Cruz Bay, and the beaches on the North Shore.

Living Spaces: The great room offers plenty of space for everyone to be together, home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The salty island breeze freshens up the room, cooling the entire house down and letting you relax.

The living room at Villa Bananaquit grabs you right away, with rattan and wooden furnishings and pops of color in the décor. Relaxing here is easy, made even better with the French doors leading onto the outdoor terrace.

The third bedroom is on the second level, accessed via an exterior staircase. This room also has a king-sized bed. All three rooms have a spacious ensuite and a private porch area with grand views over the bay.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside onto the covered terrace reveals incredible vistas over the tropical landscapes. In the distance is the island of St. Thomas, while below the gentle coast of St. John curves around sparkling bays and white beaches. Sunsets here are incredible.

There’s a lounge area for a cocktail hour or pre-dinner aperitif and armchairs for relaxing during the day with a good book. Stepping out from under the shaded area brings you to the pool, ideal for those warm Caribbean days. The infinity-edge stretches out to the end of the terrace, blending into the island landscapes below.
