Villa Rica, also known as BRV RCA is a 5-bedroom traditional charming farmhouse that has been skillfully renovated and converted into a country home offering comfortable hospitality and a relaxing stay, in an atmosphere of quietness and intimacy. The house offers beautiful views of the surrounding valleys and the Tyrrhenian Sea, including the near islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. The house is positioned in a quaint village and near an old church whose bells can be heard chiming hourly,

On the ground floor is an inviting and bright sitting room with large flat screen satellite TV and cozy fireplace and a spacious dining room that seats 12 people. A professional fully-equipped eat-in kitchen that opens onto the garden completes this floor.

There is also a wellness area with Turkish bath and whirlpool.

On the first floor are 3 queen/twin bedrooms and a fourth with a twin bed. On the upper floor is the 5th bedroom with queen/twin beds and please note the low clearance slanted ceiling. All bedrooms are provided with radiant floor cooling system, satellite TV 26”, wi-fi internet connection, safe and minibar. Villa Rica is nestled among olive groves and vineyards with a private garden which is very well manicured and in front of the house a pergola shelters you from the summer heat while you enjoy a delicious meal.

A few steps away from the house there is a fenced salt water swimming pool, lounge chairs and a shaded area.

Villa Rica harmonizes coziness and interior design simplicity and it is perfect for families with kids.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
