A contemporary architectural gem, the villa masterfully blends indoor and outdoor living into a uniquely seamless experience. The expansive glass panels, soaring ceilings, and open concept interior deliver brilliant sunrises and cotton candy sunsets. The villa’s open living/dining area transitions smoothly onto an outdoor patio space which leads effortlessly into the focal heated infinity-edge pool, which then dissolves into the ocean view. An outdoor kitchen, bar and dining area is set amidst the lush front garden for al fresco dining, while an open-air shower and an indoor garden all accentuate villa Alkera’s identity as a getaway that straddles the lines of indoor/outdoor living. In keeping with the ocean allure, the decor of this five-bedroom, six-bathroom villa exudes fun, fresh, and modern energy with bold, striking color pairings of ocean blue patterns and hues, with just the right pop of playful, quirky trims. Without skimping on luxury, Alkera is also designed with practicality and functionality in mind. The kitchen is fully-outfitted with a double oven, hidden integrated fridge/freezer, full gas range & grill, coffee maker, and everything needed to serve up a warm and delicious family meal.
